A scraper system for a cowshed or the like has a hydraulically driven scraper 12. A flexible pipe 24 is supplied in which fluid is passed long in either direction in order to drive a scraper carrier 14. The scraper carrier comprises a pair of rollers 22. The rollers are situated either side of the flexible pipe such that they pinch the pipe between them whereby fluid fed along the pipe drives the rollers forward. The scraper comprises a central scraper part and one or more wings 16 which allow the scraper to be sized to different width passages 18. |
