PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing implement for chromatography, allowing quick examination, and capable of precluding a chromatograph carrier from being corroding by a hemocyte in blood, even when a time lapses. SOLUTION: This testing implement for chromatography includes the first hemocyte separation member, the second hemocyte separation member and a chromatograph carrier disposed in this order from an upstream of a developing direction of a sample containing a hemocyte component and a liquid component, the first hemocyte separation member is constituted to separate the hemocyte component from the liquid component, based on the fact that a moving speed of the liquid component is faster than that of the hemocyte component in the first hemocyte separation member, the second hemocyte separation member is constituted to separate the hemocyte component from the liquid component, based on the fact that the second hemocyte separation member captures the hemocyte component and passes the liquid component, and the chromatograph carrier carries a capturing substance coupled specifically with the object to be detected.
