PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active noise control device enabling a wide use of a device, preventing erroneous assembling to a vehicle, and reducing man-hours for management and management cost, without deteriorating silencing performance to noise in a vehicle cabin. SOLUTION: A control characteristic changing means 78 reads out various control parameters in an ANC electronic control device 14 corresponding to each specification information obtained from each ECU 44, 48, 50, from an EEPROM 80, and outputs the control parameters corresponding to changes of each specification information to a standard signal producing means 64, reference signal producing means 68a, 68b, filter coefficient renewing means 76a, 76b, correction signal producing means 72a, 72b, and switches 84, 98, variable gain amplifiers 88, 92, 94, 102, as changing signals Sm1 to Sm6.
