PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defect part marking method and a device capable of replacing a marker pen and replenishing ink quickly and continuously, when marking a surface or inside flaw position on the surface of an inspection material such as a thin steel plate. SOLUTION: Flaw position information from a flaw detection part is tracked, and marking is performed on the inspection material by either of a pair of marking heads on the stage wherein a flaw reaches a marking position, and when a marking state is recognized and replacement of the marking head is required, the marking head is replaced to the other one.
