A mat with a carbon fiber plane heater is provided to prevent penetration of moisture and contaminant into the carbon fiber plane heater by integrating a heat insulator with the mat and the carbon fiber plane heater. A mat(110) includes a carbon fiber plane heater(101), an electrode plate(101a), and a floor covering flooring material(102). The carbon fiber plane heater is formed by printing a top surface of a heat insulator(103) with a carbon composition. The electrode plate is attached to one end of a top surface of the carbon fiber plane heater and supplies power to the carbon fiber plane heater. The flooring material is pressed and attached to the top surface of the carbon fiber plane heater by a pressing roller. |
