PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily extract desired information from a plurality of pieces of information. SOLUTION: The information browser comprises an information memory section to store a plurality of pieces of information, a selector to select target information from the plurality of pieces of information stored in the information memory section, an output section to output information selected by the selector, a relevancy calculator (S08) to calculate the relevancy between the information selected by the selector and information of at least one part of information stored in the information memory section, and switching means (S10 and S11) to switch the information selected by the selector to information selected according to the relationship calculated by the relevance ratio calculator according to the input of an instruction to switch the information selected by the selector to the other information.
