Electrode liquid heater has cylindrical body that acts as zero electrode, equipped with supply branch pipe, cylindrical phase electrode to which phase wire is connected, and installed to opening of dielectric insulator that is in its turn installed in the body. Heating boiler is equipped with two phase electrodes placed one in front of another, to those phase wire is connected with possibility of alternating or simultaneous connection of phase wire to the first and the second cylindrical phase electrodes, installed to the opening of dielectric insulator, this in its turn is installed in the body. |
