FILM FOR SCREEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film for screens having transmission visibility as well as good diffusion/reflection characteristics as a film for screens and excellent in color with little yellowing which is suitable to reproduce the color inherent in the images. SOLUTION: The film for screens is a polymer film comprising a matrix phase containing a thermoplastic resin and a dispersion phase containing an acrylic resin. The refractive index of the matrix phase and the refractive index of the dispersion phase satisfy the following expressions (1) and (2), and at least one stabilizer selected from a radical scavenger type stabilizer and a reducing agent type stabilizer is contained in the polymer film. The expressions are: ¾(Ny+Nz)/2-(ny+nz)/2¾≤0.05 (1) and ¾nx-Nx¾>0.05 (2), wherein n indicates the refractive index of the matrix; N the refractive index of the dispersion phase; nxthe matrix refractive index of the direction having the highest refractive index within the film planar face; nythe matrix refractive index of the y direction that is orthogonal to the x direction within the film planar face; nzthe matrix refractive index of the film thickness direction; Nxthe dispersion phase refractive index of the x direction; Nythe dispersion phase refractive index of the y direction that is orthogonal to the x direction within the film planar face; and Nzthe dispersion phase refractive index of the film thickness direction.
