PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aminoalcohol derivative having excellent immunosuppressive activity and exhibiting fewer side effects. SOLUTION: The aminoalcohol derivative having a mechanism of action different from those of an antimetabolite and a calcineurin inhibitor, and being represented by general formula (1) (wherein, R1is a chlorine atom, a 1-3C linear alkyl group or a trifluoromethyl group; R2is a fluorine atom or a chlorine atom; R3is a 1-3C linear alkyl group; X is SO or SO2; and n is 2 or 3), or a pharmacologically acceptable salt or a hydrate thereof is provided.
