EXHAUST GAS ANALYZING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas analyzing apparatus having a simple constitution, capable of accurately and stably measuring the concentrations of the components of exhaust gas.

SOLUTION: The gas analysis apparatus is provided with a sensor 5 for exhaust gas analysis mounted to an exhaust path 3, which discharges the exhaust gases of an engine 20, for measuring the concentrations of exhaust gas components in the exhaust path 3. The sensor 5 for exhaust gas analysis is provided with its sensor body 50, in which a plurality of exhaust gas passage holes 51 and 51 for passing exhaust gases from the engine 20 are bored along its longitudinal direction; an irradiation part 6 for irradiating a laser beam in a direction of crossing each of the gas passage holes 51 and 51; and a light-receiving part 7 for receiving the laser beam irradiated from the irradiating part 6.
