The invention relates to medicine, in particular to health rehabilitation and promotion by simulating the immune system and can be used during the preflight instruction of a cockpit personnel. The aim of said invention is to prevent the physiological causes of tiredness and fatigue which result in the psychological disturbances and anaemia of a crew and are generated by particularities of a workplace and potential extremal situations during a flight, to rehabilitate and promote the health of a cockpit personal, to prevent the aircraft crashes due to the human factor and to increase the safety of a crew. The inventive crew preflight instruction method consists in exposing a crew in a containment room to the action of an ozone-air mixture for 7-10 minutes by microportions at a pulse duration t_p=2-3 sec and with a space t_s=8-12 sec, the pulse amplitude being by 5-7 times greater than the maximum allowable concentration.
