COSMETIC COMPOSIONS CONTAINING PRUNELLA VULGARIS EXTRACTS STABLIZED IN NANOLIPOSOME

A cosmetic composition is provided to promote elastin synthesis, inhibit elastase activity and have the antioxidant activity due to maximized skin penetration of an extract of Prunella vulgaris stabilized in nanoliposome, thereby improving skin wrinkles and maintaining skin elasticity. A cosmetic composition for improving skin wrinkles comprises 0.001-30 wt.% of an extract of Prunella vulgaris stabilized in nanoliposome, wherein the extract is obtained by using a solvent such as water, C1-4 lower alcohol and a mixture solvent thereof.
