PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve suppressing effect of wrinkles generated on a belt stretched by a plurality of rollers. SOLUTION: A conveyance belt 18 is stretched by a driving roller 20 and a driven roller 22, and a platen 24 is disposed facing an inside circumferential surface of the conveyance belt 18. A plurality of air holes 26 are formed on the surface of the platen 24 facing to the conveyance belt 18, and a negative pressure is generated at the air holes 26 with a pump 44.
