The block has three vertical cavities (1) and a horizontal cavity (2-4) permitting a binder material to cross and to connect following block in upstream and downstream of the block, and steel wire. A stud (5) is fitted in a groove (6) of the block to permit perfect alignment of cavities and gallery (7) to facilitate a passage of sheath, cable or pipe, where the block is fabricated with natural or synthetic rubber of recyclable material. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling construction block.
