PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrugated cardboard cutting device finishing a cutting face of a corrugated cardboard finely in cutting the corrugated cardboard in a predetermined shape. SOLUTION: The corrugated cardboard cutting device comprises: at least a corrugated cardboard mounting block for mounting the corrugated cardboard; a rotational band shaped cutter for cutting the corrugated cardboard; and a column for mounting the rotational band shaped cutter. The corrugated cardboard mounting block mounts the corrugated cardboard above and moves. The rotational band shaped cutter cuts the corrugated cardboard by movement of the corrugated cardboard mounting block. The column mounts the rotational band shaped cutter so as to rotate with a predetermined angle of an edge of the rotational band shaped cutter and a travelling direction of the corrugated cardboard mounting block smaller than 90°.
