摘要 <p>The invention relates to a method for determining the fibrin coagulum resistance to brakage-perforation meant for sectors of human physiology and pathology and especially those of hematology and metabolism diseases. According to the invention, the method consists in that there is taken and applied by the dropping glass a quantity of integral blood into a stainless steel dish, so that the thickness of the layer applied by the dropping glass is 4...5 mm, at the bottom, the dish having an orifice with a diameter of about 5 mm, in a first stage the said orifice being obturated by a detachable plate and, after the complete coagulation of blood and the formation of a fibrin lamella it is released and perpendicularly to the upper surface of the fibrin lamella there is descended a perforating rod which is progresively pushed with a force ranging between 0...0.60 N, until perforating the fibrin lamella, moment when there is read the value of the perforation force and then the obtained value is compared with a standard curve, thus being obtained the evaluation of the coagulability condition.</p>
