摘要 A sensor and a method for preparing the same are provided to reduce a manufacturing cost by omitting a step of patterning a carbon nanotube, operate normally even if the carbon nanotube connecting a first electrode and an adjacent first electrode remains and maintain potential of a liquid adjacent to the carbon nanotube more constant. A sensor comprises: a substrate(10); a first electrode(20) disposed on the substrate; a second electrode(30) disposed on the substrate, the second electrode being spaced apart from the first electrode and substantially surrounding the first electrode; and at least one nanostructure(40) contacting the first electrode and the second electrode, the at least one nanostructure configured to vary an electrical characteristic according to an object to be sensed. A method for preparing the sensor comprises the steps of: (a) preparing the substrate for forming at least one structure; (b) forming the first electrode and the second electrode on the substrate, the second electrode being spaced apart from the first electrode and surrounding the first electrode; and (c) forming the nanostructure contacting an upper surface of the first electrode and the second electrode. Further, the sensor additionally comprises an insulator between the first electrode and the second electrode.
