[PROBLEMS] To provide a mechanism for preventing a side ring from dropping from an ink roller shaft due to a shock caused by dropping and collision. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A drop preventing section is formed on a side ring (2) for preventing an ink roller shaft (1) from dropping. As the drop preventing section, a latch section (23) is formed. The latch section has a circular surface having a diameter smaller than that of an ink roller shaft (1), and is brought into press-contact with the circumference surface of the ink roller shaft (1) as to cut into the circumference surface by warping in a direction opposite to the assembly direction of the side ring (2) when the side ring (2) is assembled to the ink roller shaft (1). The latch section (23) has a strong force against an external force in a direction of dropping the side ring (2).
