A system and a method for providing a call service by using location information are provided to enable a user to use the high quality call service quickly/easily by checking/using a location of the user quickly/correctly when user information is received, and manage/control the users efficiently by efficiently checking a status of waiting users belonging to a call center, as the call center is connected to a GIS(Geographic Information System). A waiting user(20) transmits location information by having an ID and provides a call service to a user(10) located in a threshold range from a call center(30). The call center receives a call service request from the user, and obtains location information of the user and the waiting user by connecting to a GIS(40). If the user is a current user and uses a wired phone when a call of the user is received, an ARS(Automatic Response System)(33) of the call center provides a voice guidance to check over a name and an address of the user stored at a memory unit and receives a response to the checking. The GIS searches the waiting user having the same ID as the ID of the call center when a connection request occurs in the call center, analyzes the location information of the user based on information of the user requesting the call service to the call center, and extracts the waiting user located in the threshold range of the user. |
