PROCESS FOR PREPARATION OF FURNACE-CHARGE FOR SYNTHESIS OF MATERIALS BASED ON SOLID SOLUTIONS OF LEAD ZIRCONATE TITANATE

The invention relates to chemical industry, particularly to the synthesis of materials based on lead zirconate titanate (LZT). The process for the preparation of furnace-charge for the synthesis of materials based on solid solutions of the LZT comprises grinding of primary components, batch introduction of powder into a liquid phase and ultrasonic treatment. According to the invention as the liquid phase distilled water in volume ratio to powder of not less than 7 to 1 is used, and the mixture is given to the ultrasonic treatment in cavitation regime for 20-40 min. The process provides the improvement of electrophysical characteristics of ceramics, produced from the given furnace-charge.
