<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope channel internal cleaning system and an endoscope channel internal cleaning method with enhanced safety against infection and contamination and with high cleaning effects, capable of relieving an operator's load. <P>SOLUTION: A first cleaning element 11 and a second cleaning element 12 are rotationally symmetrical to a prescribed axis. The first and second cleaning elements have larger diameters than the inner diameter of a channel 1 of an endoscope, and are telescopic in the direction perpendicular to the axis. The first cleaning element 11 has a magnetic body. The first and second cleaning elements 11 and 12 are inserted into the channel 1 of the endoscope in such a way that the axial direction matches the longitudinal direction of the channel 1. Cleaning water is injected into the channel 1 so that the first and second cleaning elements 11 and 12 move inside the channel 1. The first cleaning element 11 is guided to a branch channel 1b by liberating a magnet of a guiding device 13 disposed outside the channel 1 on the magnetic body of the first cleaning element 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
