PRODUCTION METHOD FOR CLINKER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for stably calcining a raw material containing mainly a powder of recycle resources such as a waste material and a by-product with a rotary kiln and for obtaining clinker having no or low hydration activity that can be used as a material for a civil work, and thus to promote a full use of the recycle resources.

SOLUTION: The clinker is produced by calcining the raw material containing mainly the powder of recycle sources having both a liquid phase and a solid phase at a proper ratio and a narrow range of calcination temperature in the production method for clinker. Calcination is conducted in the presence of 10 to 50% by mass of hardly melting particles in the raw material.
