A selection candidate list storage section (141) stores a pair of information selected by a user and the number of selections thereof. A selection candidate presenting means (11) displays the information stored in the selection candidate list storage section (141) in the descending order of the selection times in a display section (22). When the information is selected by the user, a list management means (12), performs an update processing by incrementing the number of selections of the information selected by the user. Upon decrement timing of the number of selections, the list management means (12) decrements the number of all selections stored in the selection candidate list storage section (141).
