PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify an imaging apparatus taking an image while omitting registration by a user. SOLUTION: A communication part 52 establishes communication with at least one imaging apparatus via a radio network. A matching processing part 56 carries out pattern matching between a picked up image received from the imaging apparatus with a previously stored reference image for determining whether the reference image is included in the picked-up image or not. When inclusion of the reference image is determined, an instruction part 58 carries out processing to change a newly picked-up image taken by the imaging apparatus. When a picked-up image newly received from the imaging apparatus is changed according to the processing during processing, a specification part 60 determines to process the imaging apparatus taking the image.
