HINGE UNIT WITH LOCKING MEANS FOR DUAL ROTATION FOLDER-TYPE MOBILE PHONE

A hinge device of a dual-axis rotation folder type mobile terminal having a locking function is provided to lock or unlock a rotational hinge unit by opening and closing a folder. A rotational hinge unit includes the first hinge part providing the first hinge shaft changing in a horizontal or vertical direction according to swinging, and the second hinge unit(320) and the third hinge unit which are mounted on a folder and a main body, integrally formed with the first hinge unit by a swing connection part, and rotated centering around the first hinge axis. A button(340) is mounted on an outer surface of the swing connection part such that its upper surface is exposed, to determine whether to lock according to a pressing operation. The first hinge member(341) is coaxially mounted with the button in a facing manner and includes an opening(3410) with a certain curvature. A stopper(3402) is formed at the button and received into or released from the opening by being moved according to whether the button is pressed. The first elastic member(342) is tightly mounted between the button and the first hinge member to maintain a pause state of the connection part. The second elastic member(343) is mounted between the button and the first hinge member to return the button.
