PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a robber ring for page turning which eliminates discomfort such as a hassle and stuffiness caused by a conventional finger cot and is mountable onto almost any writing tool in different sizes and shapes. SOLUTION: The rubber ring used for turning documents which is releasably mounted onto a writing tool includes elastic bump-like protrusions 3 on the outside of the ring body made of a silicon robber material with elasticity and friction resistance, and the width of the ring body is formed to get narrower as it gets away from the bump-like protrusions 3.
