PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce vibration generated in an inertance tube through a simple structure without increase in cost or size. SOLUTION: A coil part 512 of the inertance tube 51 that is a component of the phase control mechanism 5 of a pulse tube refrigerator 100 is formed of a helical coil part wound around a central axis parallel to an axis vertical to the longitudinal direction of a compressor 1 and the longitudinal direction of a pulse tube 33 that is a component of an expansion machine 3.
