A method for producing cushions of bedclothes is provided to increase productivity and to disperse bubbles equally by increasing the hardening speed through adding chemicals for accelerating hardening, to crude latex liquid in addition to the bubble generating chemicals and the air. A method for producing cushions of bedclothes comprises the steps of: mixing potassium hydroxide and liquid soap to generate bubbles in crude latex liquid; making thick raw materials by injecting the air for generating bubbles and stirring the mixture; injecting sulfur for reinforcing elasticity, by controlling hardness with injecting the raw material into a mold, zinc oxide for keeping the molded cushion in white color, sodium silicofluoride for quickly hardening the thick raw material, and an additive of a vulcanization accelerator assisting solidification acceleration by sodium silicofluoride; and hardening the mixture of the raw material and the additive in the mold by steaming. |
