<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveying screw that solves the problems of an abnormal image and scattering of toner, by forming a fiber assemblage on the entire surface of a vane, the entire surface of a shaft, the entire agent contact surface, or a part of it in its lengthwise direction. <P>SOLUTION: The conveying screws 1 and 2 are accommodated in a developing case 5 composing the developing device of the image forming apparatus, and supply developer to a developing sleeve 4 by conveying the developer while stirring it. In the conveying screws 1 and 2, the fiber assemblage 3 is attached to the entire developer contact face or a part of it in its lengthwise direction, the length of the fiber assemblage 3 being set so that the assemblage 3 does not come into contact with the developing sleeve 4 but into contact with the developing case 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
