PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable table, achieving excellent operability and stability when folding, in spite of simple component parts. SOLUTION: The table is provided with three table legs 10, 20, and 30, and a table face 40 that is foldable. The table stands by means of the three table legs when the table face is folded. The three table legs converge toward the table face in a lower range I, and diverge from one another toward the table face with a specified inclination in an upper range II. Two of the table legs 10 and 20 are jointed with the table face by tilting links. The third table leg is composed of a lower part 31 and an upper part 32, and the upper part 32 forms the upper range of the third table leg to be detachably jointed with the table face, and it is rotatable to the lower part.
