A slide assembly of a screw thread form rolling apparatus is provided to stably form roll the screw thread without changing accuracy of a screw thread although the slide assembly is used for a long time. In a slide assembly of the screw thread form rolling apparatus, which is used in a screw thread form rolling apparatus, and which slidingly supports a screw thread form rolling stand having a form rolling roll connected thereto with respect to a support(10), the slide assembly comprises: a pair of slide guides(120) connected to a top part of the support and disposed perpendicularly to the sliding direction of the thread form rolling stand with the slide guides being spaced from each other; and a moving body(30) inserted between the slide guides and connected to a bottom part of the thread form rolling stand, wherein each of the slide guides includes a top surface(21), a first inclined surface(22) inclined in the direction that the first inclined surface gets away from the slide guides that face each other as it goes from the top surface to the lower side, and a second inclined surface(23) inclined in the direction that the second inclined surface comes close to the slide guides that face each other as it goes from a lower portion of the first inclined surface to the lower side, and the moving body is slidingly moved with respect to the support while the moving body comes into contact with the top surface, the first inclined surface, and the second inclined surface of each of the slide guides.
