SOLUTION: In the wine information delivery system 100, a wine evaluation information delivery time specification part 120 specifies a time for delivering wine evaluation information to each user based on membership fee payment information showing a payment amount of each user stored in a magnetic disk device 920 and delivery time control information showing a delivery time of wine evaluation information corresponding to the payment amount. The wine evaluation information delivery time specification part 120 specifies the payment amount of each user in reference to the membership fee payment information, and specifies the delivery time of wine evaluation information corresponding to the specified payment amount for each user in reference to the delivery time control information. A wine evaluation information delivery part 130 delivers the wine evaluation information stored in the magnetic disk device 920 to the user concerned when the specified delivery time comes.
