PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiper maintenance wagon capable of simplifying purchasing and exchange work of a wiper part at a gas station or the like and also contributing to that forgetting of exchange of the wiper part is solved as much as possible and that improvement of difficulty of rainy weather traveling accompanying with it is attained. SOLUTION: In the wiper maintenance wagon, a movement means b for making a base frame 1 movable is installed on the base frame 1 having a wiper stock part 2 for accumulating a wiper blade wb and a wiper length measurement means (a) capable of measuring length of the wiper blade wb. The wiper length measurement means (a) is constituted such that a half division length measurement board 9 described with a reference position (k) for adjusting and positioning a center position provided at a center position in a longitudinal direction of the wiper blade wb as the mounting part relative to the wiper arm and a plurality of numerical values (s) obtained by doubling a distance from the reference position is provided.
