摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decord respective pictures without any break and to continue the display even in such a state that the use band of a memory and a bus required for decoding processing decreases to take a long time in the decoding processing.

SOLUTION: Decoding processing of a B picture is started just after the end of decoding the preceding picture. Offset is attached to decoding start timing of an I picture and a P picture in order to make the decoding time start timing come after encoded data of the B picture are all present in a video buffer.
