A speed valve of a vehicle is provided to prevent air in a cylinder from leaking during long parking time of the vehicle by closing the speed valve with a screen. A speed valve(20) of a vehicle comprises a body(22), a screen(24), a motor(26), and a pressure sensor(28). The body has a passage(21) for fluid to move through. The screen is installed to the body to open and close the passage of the body. The motor operates the screen. The pressure sensor detects the pressure of the fluid running through the passage. The screen includes an open plate(24a) and a rotary shaft(24b). The open plate is installed in the passage. The rotary shaft is connected to the open plate while penetrating the body and being connected to the motor. The motor starts to move according to a signal output by the pressure sensor.
