A service supply system in a communication system and a method thereof are provided to enable a terminal to receive a service by selecting a QoS(Quality of Service) class, thereby receiving a high-quality service corresponding to the terminal's request while an Internet service/contents providing server can apply various charging systems in accordance with provided QoS information. When receiving a request for a service corresponding to quality information of a service from a terminal(440), a service providing server transmits a QoS information request message for providing the service to an interface server. If a QoS information response message equivalent to the QoS information request message is received from the interface server, the service providing server provides the service corresponding to the quality information of the service to the terminal.
