PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative ion blow generator for hair capable of preventing split hair, curl, broken hair etc., by giving a large quantity of negative ions good to improve metabolism of the root of hair and moisture in hair. SOLUTION: Negative ions are generated by the corona discharge of a negative ion generation unit (needle electrode and ignition electrode), and blown on the hair. This generator is characteristic in that the handling is simple being held with a hand, and the blowing on the hair from overhead is possible while the user is sitting on the chair.
