PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder valve with excellent maintenance performance which can be easily removed after being attached to a water-stop valve body, a warm water/cold water mixing faucet body or the like. SOLUTION: A valve element 4 having an opening on its side is internally provided in a valve guide 2 having an opening on its side. Then the valve element 4 is rotated by rotating an operation part 3 connected to the valve element. Then, the opening 4A of the valve element and the opening 2A of the valve guide are superimposed on or displaced from each other. Thus, the cylinder valve 1 performs water connection and water stopping. The undersurface of the valve guide is provided with an insertion hole 7 used for inserting the operation part and the valve element, and the top surface of the valve guide is provided with a through hole 8 used for penetrating the knob of the operation part inserted from the insertion hole.
