PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of shoes with a gonalgia relief plate which is not for personal use, is a brace which fits in with anyone of this disorder, is easy to fix, and is inexpensive, because conventionally the treatment brace of knee osteoarthritis internal pattern (bow-legs) disorder by shoes is a product manufactured only for individual use, and the manufacturing price is expensive. SOLUTION: A gonalgia relief plate 4 of a shape shown in Fig. 3 which has a base 2 about 5 mm thick, a heel part of about 20 mm in maximum breadth, a forefoot part of about 30 mm in maximum breadth, and a notch part 3 of about 5 mm from the leading end of the opposite side of a plate external instep lateral end 33 of the heel part, a metatarsal part, and the forefoot part toward the plate external instep lateral end is prepared. A shoe with a gonalgia relief plate 1 is made by fitting and fixing the plate external instep lateral end 33 of this gonalgia relief plate 4 to a sole external instep lateral end 59 of a sole external instep side 58 of a sole upper surface 56 of a sole 55 of a shoe 53, or the shoe with a gonalgia relief plate 1 is made by fitting and fixing the plate external instep lateral end 33 of this gonalgia relief plate 4 to an insole external instep lateral end 68 of an insole external instep side 67 of an insole upper surface 65 of an insole 64 of the shoe 53.
