<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device for a pickup lens, removing dust stuck to a pickup lens surface by a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning device of a pickup lens in an optical disk device 2 equipped with an optical pickup 8 having a pickup cover 12 for exposing a pickup lens 10 at an aperture and a pickup housing 14, and a turntable turned by a spindle, is provided with: an air intake 24 disposed on the side face of the pickup cover 12 and on the side facing the spindle to introduce an air flow generated by turning the turntable 6; an exhaust port 18 opened toward the pickup lens 10 in the pickup cover 12; and a passage 26 for connecting the exhaust port 18 and the air intake 24.
