A method for realizing a VoIP phone by using a CD, and a recharge system for prepayment are provided to operate an internet phone by loading the software on the RAM of a PC without storing on a ROM through CD, and to enable a user to settle prepayment charge by registering a prepaid card to a management server to input proper numerals of the prepaid card directly. A PC comprises a monitor(103), a CPU(Central Processing Unit), a HDD(Hard Disk Drive)(105), a speaker(106), a microphone(107), an RAM(Random Access Memory) and a modem(109). The modem modulates digital signals outputted from the PC into analogue signals. The PC is connected to a wireless/wired LAN(110) through the modem, and the LAN is connected to a communication company server(112) through SIP. The server is connected with a PBX(113), and the PBX is connected with a gateway(115) for internal communication. A gateway for external communication is connected with a PBX mobile phone(118), a PBX long-distance telephone(119), a PBX city phone(120) and an international PBX phone(117) via IP network(116). An ID and a password of the server are stored in the CD. A settlement management system(121) is connected to the server. |
