The system has wire electrodes (3) at a distal end (4) and extending along a proximal end (5) of a catheter type inner body (1). A co-axial outer body (2) is axially movable along the inner body, and the electrodes radially project in a preset location (9) of the body (2) corresponding to an active electrocoagulation zone for contacting with a blood vessel portion. The electrodes on both sides of the location are masked by the body (2). The location is moved during a sliding movement of the body (2) along the electrodes and detects a new electrode portion progressive to the location movement.
