PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent compressed mixed gas and combustion gas from leaking out by removing gaps between a rotor and intake valve, and the rotor and an exhaust valve. SOLUTION: In a seal for a true circle rotary engine, circular holes which are chipped toward the corner sections are arranged on a corner section at a pointed head section of the rotor and a corner section brought into contact with a rotor rear section 16 on an intake valve 31 and a corner section brought into contact with a rotor front section 8 on an exhaust valve 32, and approximately-circular fine rotary bodies which are projected toward the corner sections are inserted into the holes. Fine movable pieces 64, 52, 72, and 83 which are projected toward the corner sections are inserted into the fine rotary bodies 63, 53, 71, and 81. The fine rotary bodies are returned to their original positions by springs. The fine movable pieces are contracted by being pushed with the springs from the inside, but the fine movable pieces can be returned to their original positions.
