<p>A system and a method for realizing colorful ring back tone(RBT) service in 3G IMS network, the system includes: a media server(102), for storing colorful RBT media resource or is connected with the storage space at which the colorful RBT media resource is stored, and for playing the colorful RBT media resource; and a service application server(104), for sending the control information to the media server(102) based on the state information of the called terminal, so as to control the media server(102) to play the colorful RBT media resource. Based on above system and method, the colorful RBT service can be realized in 3G IMS network, so that the user on the new network, such as the 3G IMS network, can use the colorful RBT service, and furthermore the content of the colorful RBT is more abundant than that in the 2G network.</p> |
