The contact surfaces: are intended at distal end of the bearing surface and are formed from a reinforcement element. The axis of the contact surface passes vertically to the bearing surface (22). Pins made of fiberglass or nylon are perpendicularly connected with the bearing surface. The bearing surface in the boundary region of the two long sides exhibits opposite drillings (51) for admission of the elements. The drillings are parallel to the cone axis and are eccentrically to the axis of the element. The device is manufactured from polymethylmetacrylate. The drillings are aligned perpendicular from the bearing surface which is bent at lower and/or upper extremity in anatomically physiological position and shows a supporting mechanism (40) at the distal end. The bearing surface extends to distal end at 2-10[deg] rising up to quarter of length. The proximal end extends vertically downwards. The opposite contact surfaces are placed at the section of the extremity in distal direction.
