A cooling structure for a shock absorber is provided to cool the shock absorber without an additional cooler by allowing air to flow around a body of the shock absorber according to up/down movement of the shock absorber of a vehicle. A cooling structure for a shock absorber comprises a first door(10) and a second door(20) which are respectively provided to upper and lower ends of a dust cover(2) of the shock absorber. The first door is formed to be capable of being opened toward inside the dust cover. The second door is formed to be capable of being opened toward outside the dust cover.
