<p>A pressure distribution sensor utilizing electromagnetic coupling in which alignment of electromagnetically coupled coils is facilitated, and a force in a slip direction can be detected. The pressure distribution sensor utilizing electromagnetic coupling consists of a plurality of first loop wirings (1) having detection planes arranged in parallel on the same plane, a plurality of second loop wirings (2) arranged in parallel on the same plane in the direction intersecting the first loop wirings (1) perpendicularly, and a plurality of third loop wirings (3) arranged in parallel on the same plane as the first loop wirings. The third loop wirings (3) can be connected with a drive section (10) separately from the first loop wirings (1). The drive section (10) connected with the first loop wiring drives the first loop wiring, and a detecting section (20) connected with the second loop wiring detects a pressure from a detection signal based on electromagnetic coupling at the electromagnetic coupling portion from the second loop wiring.</p> |
