PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency and durability while reducing the amount of refrigerant in a high-order side refrigerating system using a combustible refrigerant and the like with a simple constitution by controlling a capacity of a high order compressor, in a binary refrigerating system used in refrigerating or freezing and having a comparatively low evaporation temperature. SOLUTION: This binary refrigerating system comprises a condenser 32 radiating heat of the high order-side refrigerating system by air cooling, an evaporator 34 absorbing heat of the high order-side refrigerating system, a front radiator 21 radiating heat from a low order-side refrigerating system by air cooling, a rear radiator 22 radiating heat from the low order-side refrigerating system by heat exchange with the evaporator 34, and a radiator fan 7 introducing the outside air for promoting air cooling. As the front radiator 21 is disposed at the downstream side with respect to the condenser 32 in an air path 35 formed by the radiator fan 7, degradation of radiating capacity of the condenser 32 can be prevented, and efficiency of the binary refrigerating system where the amount of refrigerant of the high order-side refrigerating system is reduced, can be improved.
