PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an atomic particle detecting assembly suitable especially for a neutron detector array used in a negative pressure environment in a neutron impact/scattering experiment. SOLUTION: The atomic particle detecting assembly 102 includes at least one atomic particle detector 114 positioned in a first chamber 104 having a first working pressure, and at least one joining device 116 connected with at least one atomic particle detector. The at least one joining device includes at least one wall 118 for partially partitioning the second chamber 130 having a second working pressure. The second pressure is larger than the first pressure. The at least one joining device includes a joining device for promoting the keeping of a predetermined pressure difference between the first chamber and the second chamber.
