The device has a set of light sources (1a, 1b) e.g. LEDs, which produce radiation bundles (3a, 3b) and are attached to respective collimation lenses (2a, 2b). A common collecting lens (4) with an entering side and an emission side is provided. The lenses (2a, 2b) collimate the bundles and align the bundles on the entering side of the common collimating lens, where the bundles are coupled together on the emission side. The rotation bundles overlap on the entering side, where the light sources are arranged in a common plane.
